Now welcoming guests at the legendary Hollywood Burbank Airport, Diane Mina’s Backyard Bar & Eats serves up comforting favorites inspired by Diane’s East Coast heritage and backyard gatherings with her husband, acclaimed Chef Michael Mina.

The menu is a celebration of flavor—think juicy Wagyu burgers, classic Brooklyn bagels, a savory 15-Hour smoked brisket dip, made to order brick oven pizza, a classic Italian chop salad, Ahi poke salad, and a first of its kind in airport dining, our "Huli-Huli Pineapple Bowls!"

Signature cocktails take center stage with bold reimaginings of the Bloody Mary—like the Dirty Diane with Tequila, the bourbon-spiked Burbank Bloody, and Mama’s Michelada crafted with a crisp Mexican Lager. Each is topped with Diane’s unforgettable Signature Garnish: Peppadew® pepper, provolone, Italian salami, Spanish olive, cornichon, spicy chicharrón, maple-glazed bacon, and celery. Vegetarian versions are available, too. A thoughtfully curated wine list—featuring selections from Sonoma to Italy—completes the experience.
